Artwork Confidentiality and File Handling

Brands often need to share logos, dielines, labels, private launch artwork and packaging references before a quote is accurate. This page explains how those files are used for project review.

Direct answer: Uploaded artwork and reference files are used to evaluate packaging size, print method, dieline, features, material fit and quotation details. We do not claim ownership of buyer brand assets submitted for review.

Accepted file types

PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, JPG, JPEG and ZIP files can be submitted through the quote form. Large or sensitive files can be discussed by email first.

Project use only

Files are reviewed for quotation, artwork preflight, sampling, production preparation and order communication when a project moves forward.

Access

Access should be limited to team members or service providers who need the files for project review, proofing, production or communication.

NDA requests

If a formal NDA is required, request it before sharing confidential launch details, unreleased brand files or sensitive technical information.

Buyer responsibility

Only upload files you own or are authorized to share. Buyers remain responsible for trademark, label, barcode and regulatory copy approval.

Deletion requests

Contact andrew@uniquepouches.com if a submitted file should be removed from active inquiry records where practical.
