Our Capabilities

Flexible Packaging Services From Brief to Production Release

Get support with pouch selection, material direction, artwork preflight, samples, custom production, inspection and export preparation—each scoped to the product, order and destination.

Flexible pouch samples and quality testing equipment

I need to choose a pouch format and size

Start with the product form, fill weight, shelf presentation, closure use and carton constraints. A stock or blank sample can help validate filled dimensions.

I know the format but not the material structure

Share the barrier target, shelf-life plan, filling method, distribution route and environmental claim goal. Candidate structures can then be compared on the same basis.

My artwork is ready for production review

Provide the current file, dieline, color references, finishes, barcode and required legal copy. Preflight checks focus on version, geometry and production clearances.

I need repeat supply or distributor support

List SKUs, forecast ranges, change-control needs, packing requirements and destination markets so sampling, production and reorder records can be planned coherently.

How It Works

Our 6-Step Process

Each stage should produce a reviewable decision or record. The exact sequence can change when stock samples, custom proofs, testing or documentation are required.

1

Enquiry & Consultation

Share the product, fill weight, target market, quantity, preferred format, artwork status and launch target. We identify missing inputs and candidate directions; no structure is treated as final before project review.

2

Custom Quotation

We target an initial response within 24 business hours. A detailed, itemized quotation follows after the required size, material, quantity, artwork and delivery information is complete.

3

Artwork & Dieline Approval

Artwork is checked against the controlled dieline, print route, color reference, white ink, finish, barcode and feature clearances. The approved file version becomes part of the production record.

4

Physical Sample Production

A pre-production sample can be made and shipped for tactile approval. Revision scope, extra proofs, tooling changes and material changes are confirmed before approval because they may affect cost and timing.

5

Mass Production Timing

Production begins after commercial and technical approvals. In-process checks follow the selected print, lamination, converting and feature-application requirements.

6

Quality Check & Delivery

Each order follows an agreed, risk-based final inspection before packaging and dispatch. Courier, air or sea freight can then be coordinated against the confirmed destination and terms.

What the Work Produces

Useful outputs at every decision point

The service is more than a finished pouch. It is the chain of information that lets a buyer compare, approve and reorder with less ambiguity.

Scope

Quotation basis

Size, structure direction, quantity, designs, features, print route, finish, packing, destination and stated exclusions.

Approval

Controlled artwork

Dieline version, artwork revision, color reference, proof route and approved production file.

Validation

Sample or test record

What was reviewed, which configuration was used, the result, limits and any open condition before scale-up.

Release

Inspection evidence

Applicable incoming, in-process and final checks tied to the purchase order and agreed acceptance criteria.

Materials & Structures

Built From the Right Materials

Material names are starting points, not performance guarantees. The final structure depends on product protection, sealing, filling, appearance, end-use claims and destination requirements.

PAPER

Kraft Paper

A natural paper-look outer layer used with a sealant and any barrier layers required by the product.

AL

Aluminum Foil

A foil layer considered where strong light, oxygen or moisture protection is required and the complete laminate is suitable.

MATTE PET

Matte PET

A low-gloss outer-film direction; tactile feel, rub resistance and print appearance should be approved on the chosen construction.

BOPP

Holographic BOPP

Holographic or specialty effects can be considered when visual impact, print behavior and laminate performance are reviewed together.

PE FAMILY

Mono-PE

PE-family structures designed for compatible collection streams where local acceptance and project performance are confirmed

VMPET

VMPET

Metallized polyester can add opacity and barrier; actual performance must be checked for the finished laminate and pouch.

RCPP

RCPP

A heat-seal layer used in selected retort constructions only after the complete structure and process conditions are validated.

WHITE PAPER

White Kraft

A white paper-look outer surface for selected print directions, combined with functional layers suited to the application.

Need a structure recommendation? Send the product, fill and sealing conditions, shelf-life target, destination market and current benchmark. We can compare candidate directions without presenting a generic film name as a universal answer.
FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Typical custom printed pouch MOQ starts from 500 pieces per design. Selected digitally printed structures may start from 100 pieces, subject to size, material, artwork, finish and current production route. Stock items are quoted separately.
Production timing is confirmed after the structure, material availability, print route, artwork approval, quantity and required proofing or testing are known. Shipping time is quoted separately for the selected courier, air or sea route. Treat the confirmed quotation and order record—not a generic website range—as the project schedule.
Color tolerances are agreed by substrate, ink system, print route, approved physical reference, viewing conditions and measurement method. Target Delta E values, when useful, are confirmed project by project rather than treated as a universal guarantee.
Stock, blank-size and custom-printed samples answer different questions. Availability, sample charge, tooling or setup, freight and any credit arrangement are confirmed for the requested sample before work or dispatch begins.
Food-contact material options are available for selected structures. The applicable declarations or third-party reports depend on the exact film, adhesive, ink, component, intended use and destination market. List your document requirements during quotation so we can confirm the available scope before production.
We can provide the applicable dieline and review artwork for version, size, bleed, safe areas, white ink, color references, barcode placement and feature clearance. Brand identity, illustration or extensive creative work should be scoped separately or coordinated with your design agency.
Mono-PE or mono-PP structures may be available for selected applications. Suitability depends on barrier, sealing, filling and local collection guidance. Environmental or compostability claims should be supported by evidence for the exact structure and destination market.
Payment method and terms are confirmed on the quotation and invoice. Common routes can include T/T bank transfer and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Deposit, balance and any platform terms should be checked before order confirmation.
Send the product, fill weight, pouch format, dimensions, quantity per design, destination, artwork status, barrier or shelf-life target, requested features and desired timing. If some items are unknown, identify them openly so the quotation can separate assumptions from confirmed requirements.
Changes to product, fill weight, size, structure, thickness, sealant, zipper, valve, spout, window, print route, finish, artwork or distribution conditions can invalidate an earlier approval. The affected checks should be reopened before production or reorder.
