Commercial terms

Terms and Conditions

These general terms explain how custom packaging quotes, samples, artwork approvals, production, delivery and claims are normally handled. Final commercial terms are confirmed on the quotation, invoice or written order record.

Direct answer: A custom pouch order should be based on an approved specification, artwork file, material structure, quantity, destination, payment term and delivery route. Timing and cost depend on proofing, material availability, production capacity and shipping method.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the information supplied by the buyer. Changes to size, material, print, finish, feature, quantity or destination may change price and timing.

Samples

Stock samples can show format, material feel and workmanship. Custom printed samples or prototypes may require separate fees and timing.

Artwork approval

Buyers are responsible for checking copy, barcode, spelling, regulatory text, dieline version, colors and required marks before approval.

Production timing

Production timing is counted after required approvals, deposit, material confirmation and any proof approval. Rush timing is subject to capacity.

Color and tolerance

Flexible film, ink, finish, lighting and production route can affect color. Physical references and agreed tolerances should be confirmed for critical colors.

Claims

Any quantity, defect, shipping or specification issue should be reported with photos, carton marks, order details and samples where possible.

Important limits

Compliance and product responsibility

Food-contact, sustainability, safety, labeling and regulated-market claims depend on the exact structure, intended use, destination market and buyer product. Buyers should confirm legal, labeling and regulatory suitability for their own product before launch.

These terms are not legal advice. If your project requires a specific contract, NDA, inspection standard, Incoterm, or jurisdiction clause, request it before order confirmation.
