Evaluate this design for your project
Use these notes to prepare a specification for the intended contents and filling process. The illustration and reference entries are not product test results. Learn about Unique Packaging and discuss the final specification with our team.
Distinguish liquid, powder and pods
Identify the cleaning product and whether it is a liquid, powder or unit dose. Define fill quantity, compatibility, storage and closure requirements for that product. A liquid refill opening and a dry-powder opening need different filling and dispensing trials.
Match the fitment to filling and dispensing
Confirm spout position, neck dimensions, cap and filling route. For dry contents, check opening clearance and flow rather than applying a liquid-fill assumption. Request a fitment drawing and a filled sample that match the intended pack.
Specify the opening
For this reference, the opening is recorded as “spout assembly to be specified”. Agree the final opening, closure and filling route in a drawing, then request a matching sample.
Resolve the material references
The material and film entries describe different levels of detail or alternative options. Choose one final layer structure in the quotation; do not combine the lists into an assumed laminate. Confirm layer order, thicknesses, sealant and the testing needed for the intended contents.
Confirm size and measurement basis
The fill-weight reference is 100g, 250g, 500g, 1KG, 2KG. Confirm usable internal dimensions and test the intended fill quantity with the actual contents; weight, volume and flat dimensions are not interchangeable.
Approve the artwork and print route
Share artwork status, the number of designs and quantity per design. Ask the quotation to identify the selected printing and finishing processes rather than assuming every listed reference applies. Approve the dieline, color proof and clear seal areas before production.
Compare specification alternatives
Compare the recorded options for UPS-0145 with the references below. A matching appearance or material name does not establish that two structures are interchangeable.
