Confirm the bottom gusset, filled footprint and stability at the intended fill level. Keep artwork clear of the base fold and seals. Review the filled sample against shelf depth before fixing the dieline.
Review zipper access and final sealing
Confirm zipper location, usable opening and the final top-seal allowance. Check filling access, opening and reclosing with the actual contents. Include any valve as a separate specified component.
Resolve the material references
The material and film entries describe different levels of detail or alternative options. Choose one final layer structure in the quotation; do not combine the lists into an assumed laminate. Confirm layer order, thicknesses, sealant and the testing needed for the intended contents.
Confirm size and measurement basis
The thickness reference is 100–130 µm (measurement basis to be confirmed). Confirm usable internal dimensions and test the intended fill quantity with the actual contents; weight, volume and flat dimensions are not interchangeable.
