Evaluate this design for your project
Use these notes to prepare a specification for the intended contents and filling process. The illustration and reference entries are not product test results. Learn about Unique Packaging and discuss the final specification with our team.
Define the pet-food category
Identify dry kibble, treats, freeze-dried products or wet food, together with fill weight and storage conditions. Review product edges, seal cleanliness and repeat opening in a filled sample. Wet-food processing and dry-food storage need different validation.
Check the bottom gusset
Confirm the bottom gusset, filled footprint and stability at the intended fill level. Keep artwork clear of the base fold and seals. Review the filled sample against shelf depth before fixing the dieline.
Review zipper access and final sealing
Confirm zipper location, usable opening and the final top-seal allowance. Check filling access, opening and reclosing with the actual contents. Include any valve as a separate specified component.
Resolve the material references
The material and film entries describe different levels of detail or alternative options. Choose one final layer structure in the quotation; do not combine the lists into an assumed laminate. Confirm layer order, thicknesses, sealant and the testing needed for the intended contents.
Confirm size and measurement basis
The thickness reference is 180–340 µm (measurement basis to be confirmed). The fill-weight reference is 30g 50g, 100g. Confirm usable internal dimensions and test the intended fill quantity with the actual contents; weight, volume and flat dimensions are not interchangeable.
Approve the artwork and print route
Share artwork status, the number of designs and quantity per design. Ask the quotation to identify the selected printing and finishing processes rather than assuming every listed reference applies. Approve the dieline, color proof and clear seal areas before production.
Compare specification alternatives
Compare the recorded options for UPS-0186 with the references below. A matching appearance or material name does not establish that two structures are interchangeable.
