Evaluate this design for your project
Use these notes to prepare a specification for the intended contents and filling process. The illustration and reference entries are not product test results. Learn about Unique Packaging and discuss the final specification with our team.
Define the fresh-produce use
Identify the fruit or vegetable, packed quantity, storage temperature and handling route. Confirm the opening, any ventilation requirement and the intended storage period. Do not select a sealed structure solely from the appearance of an empty produce bag.
Plan the panels and filled base
Review front, back, side panels and the flat base as separate artwork areas. Request the final dieline before placing copy across folds. Check the top opening and filled base dimensions against the filling and shelf requirements.
Review zipper access and final sealing
Confirm zipper location, usable opening and the final top-seal allowance. Check filling access, opening and reclosing with the actual contents. Include any valve as a separate specified component.
Resolve the material references
The material and film entries describe different levels of detail or alternative options. Choose one final layer structure in the quotation; do not combine the lists into an assumed laminate. Confirm layer order, thicknesses, sealant and the testing needed for the intended contents.
Confirm size and measurement basis
The thickness reference is 50–200 µm (measurement basis to be confirmed). The dimensions reference is 150W*240L+60*2 Bottom gusset (units and dimension order to be confirmed). Confirm usable internal dimensions and test the intended fill quantity with the actual contents; weight, volume and flat dimensions are not interchangeable.
Approve the artwork and print route
Share artwork status, the number of designs and quantity per design. Ask the quotation to identify the selected printing and finishing processes rather than assuming every listed reference applies. Approve the dieline, color proof and clear seal areas before production.
Compare the format before ordering
For this project type, discuss material, dimensions and the opening with our team before selecting an alternative construction.
