Evaluate this design for your project
Use these notes to prepare a specification for the intended contents and filling process. The illustration and reference entries are not product test results. Learn about Unique Packaging and discuss the final specification with our team.
Check powder filling and seal clearance
Share bulk density, target fill weight and the filling method. Confirm that the opening accommodates the filling nozzle or scoop and leaves room for a clean final seal. Check a filled sample with the actual powder before fixing the pouch dimensions.
Check the bottom gusset
Confirm the bottom gusset, filled footprint and stability at the intended fill level. Keep artwork clear of the base fold and seals. Review the filled sample against shelf depth before fixing the dieline.
Review the final heat seal
Heat sealing is the recorded closing direction. Confirm seal width, film compatibility and the settings for the intended filling line. If repeat opening is required, specify a separate reopening or reclosing feature.
Resolve the material references
The material and film entries describe different levels of detail or alternative options. Choose one final layer structure in the quotation; do not combine the lists into an assumed laminate. Confirm layer order, thicknesses, sealant and the testing needed for the intended contents.
Confirm size and measurement basis
The thickness reference is 80–100 µm (measurement basis to be confirmed). Confirm usable internal dimensions and test the intended fill quantity with the actual contents; weight, volume and flat dimensions are not interchangeable.
Approve the artwork and print route
Share artwork status, the number of designs and quantity per design. Ask the quotation to identify the selected printing and finishing processes rather than assuming every listed reference applies. Approve the dieline, color proof and clear seal areas before production.
